2. Pricing

All prices are in UK pounds and include VAT but exclude delivery charges.

Products offered are subject to availability, and should a product be unavailable Lusonic may offer an alternative product. No payment will be taken until confirmation is received that the alternative product is acceptable.

Should an order be received for a product that was incorrectly priced, Lusonic will contact you offering the product at the correct price or cancel the order.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product/s in their original condition including its original packaging and proof of purchase within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
Any returned product/s are the customers responsibility until receipted at Lusonic therefore please take neccessary precautions when returning a product..

Terms
The product/s must be returned in the condition they were received, including all packaging and accessories.
A full refund will be made upon receipt of the product/s, as long as it is in the condition as defined above.

Any refund will be made to the total cost of your invoice including any delivery charge, but does not include any postage or packaging costs incurred in returning the product/s.

Before returning any product our office must be contacted via phone or email to obtain an RTM number. Any return recieved without an RTN number will not be processed.

CUSTOMER

To qualify for a VAT refund you will need to be:

- Registered deaf or hard of hearing with your GP or local health authority.
- The products you have selected are zero rated (each product that qualifies will be identified in the description).
- Complete a signed 'Declaration form' that can be found on our website here Eligibility for VAT Rebate to reclaim your VAT.
A form will also be provided with your order, and send to Lusonic Ltd, 76 Laburnum Walk, Hornchurch, Essex RM12 5RJ.

If you are in any doubt as to whether you are eligible to receive goods zero rated for VAT you should consult Notice 701/7 VAT reliefs for disabled people or contact the National Advice service on 0845 0109000 before signing the declaration.

4. Payment options - Secure ordering online

At Lusonic on-line ordering is simple and secure. Simply add the items you wish to buy to your shopping basket, when you are ready to checkout, you will be passed to a secure SSL to provide your payment details.
Lusonic uses Worldpay as their online payment service provider in order to accept live payments via credit cards.

5. Delivery

DELIVERIES - DELIVERY TIME QUOTED IS BASED ON ORDERS RECEIVED BY 1pm, AND ONLY VALID FOR MAINLAND UK ORDERS. ANY ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER 1PM MAY BE SHIPPED SAME DAY BUT IS LIKELY TO BE SHIPPED THE FOLLOWING DAY (ALL DELIVERY DATES APPLY TO WORKING DAYS, THEREFORE PRODUCTS ORDERED ON FRIDAY OR BANK HOLIDAYS WILL BE SHIPPED THE NEXT WORKING DAY.

a. Replacement - Faulty products returned within 12 months from date of purchase accompanied with a copy of invoice will be replaced free of charge. Postage for returned product will not be refunded.
b. Refund Policy - We offer full refund (exc.P & P) for any product returned within 14 days and in original packaging.
